1) This chemical can be used in pulps with a pH range of 6 to 9, such as wood pulp, bamboo pulp, secondary pulp from waste paper, straw pulp, reed pulp, cotton stalk pulp, and others.
2) The recommended dosage is 5kg to 15kg per metric ton of pulp. It is typically added continuously using meter pumps into the stock tank or mixing tank.
3) If equipment and pipes have been used for acidic paper-making, they should be thoroughly cleaned. The pH value of the pulp can be adjusted by adding a small amount of soda ash or caustic soda.
