JH-8909B Antiseptic Fungicide

1. I. Brief Introduction:

The primary mechanism of this product involves cations adsorbing

negatively charged bacteria through electrostatic forces, hydrogen bonding, and

the hydrophobic interaction between surfactant molecules and protein molecules.

These cations aggregate on the bacterial cell wall, creating a barrier that inhibits

bacterial growth and ultimately leads to their death. Additionally, the

hydrophobic alkyl groups can interact with the hydrophilic parts of bacteria,

altering membrane permeability and causing lysis, which destroys cell structure,

leading to cell dissolution and death.

It can be widely used in paper pulp, paper coating; interior and exterior

wall coating, sewage treatment, industrial circulating cooling water system,

textile industry and other fields.

2. Characteristics:

1. Broad spectrum, can be combined with any papermaking chemicals,

quick and long-lasting bactericidal, algae killing.

2. It is not affected by the change of pH value, easy to use, has a strong

peeling effect on the mucus layer, stable chemical properties, good dispersion

and corrosion inhibition.

3. Green environmental protection, its decomposition products have nopollution to the environment, no corrosion to the equipment.

3. Main Specification:

Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid

Specific gravity: 1.02±0.05

pH value: 3-6

Soluble: soluble in water in any ratio

4. Usage:

The general dosage of this product is 100-200g/ton of absolute dry pulp,

and the dosage used as a sludge stripping agent is 50-150g/L. The point of

addition can be selected from the white water tank, the white water bucket under

the net, etc., where the mixing is easy to circulate quickly. For the first use, the

slurry tank, pipeline and conveying system should be thoroughly cleaned.

5. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: this product is packaged in plastic drums, each drum net weight

25kg, 50kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum packaging;

Storage: Store in dark, cool and dry condition at room temperature.

Shelf life: 6 months.
